I can help you stage your home for maximum buyer appeal. I also have reputable contacts that I can recommend from shampooing carpets to lawn maintenance.
If you are a seller, I will prepare a value analysis of any offer you receive which we will thoroughly discuss before acceptance or counter.
4. Access, feedback, and follow up
I will keep in touch with you and keep you up to date. Weekly by telephone and a concise written report every 4-6 weeks.
